A former postman from Penryn was before the court this afternoon facing six charges of possessing indecent photographs of children.
Michael James Williams, who gave an address in Bohelland Road, Penryn, entered no plea to the charges, which prosecutor Alison May said related to 93 images of varying categories, including 20 in the the most serious category
The charges include both still and moving images, which he is alleged to have had in his possession in Hayle on January 15, 2018.
Magistrates in Truro granted Ms May's application to remand 37-year-old Williams in custody until his next hearing.
This will take place at Truro Crown Court on July 30, when he will appear via video link.
