Truro Crown Court
A Penryn man denied a charge of attempted murder at Truro Crown Court today.
Simon Luke Tripp, 23, of St Thomas Street, faces two charges relating to an incident which allegedly took place in Falmouth on September 11, 2017.
He pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and assault causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
His trial has been set for January 20, 2020.
