Fire crews battled a blaze in a Truro flat in the early hours of yesterday morning (Tuesday August 6).
Two fire engines from Truro Community Fire Station rushed to the property in St Thomas Close after being called at 2.15am.
Firefighters used breathing apparatus and a thermal imaging camera to navigate the smoke-filled space whilst they attempted to put out the flames with a hosereel jet.
By 2.40am, they had extinguished the fire.
