Coastline Housing has put in plans to build a new bungalow on a grassed area in Helston.
The housing authority wants to build on grass adjacent to 12 Coronation Place, which in the application form is described as a garden.

The development would come with two parking spaces, while the bungalow would be a mixture of white painted render and grey boarding on the outside.
Cornwall Council will make the final decision on the application.
