Police have named the Truro woman who died in a collision on Tuesday (September 10).
68-year-old Shirley Frost was pronounced deceased at the scene after the collision at the junction of the B3275 and A390 near Probus at around 10.30am.
Paramedics and Air Ambulance staff treated her but she sadly passed away.
She was driving a blue Volvo which had been involved in the collision with a silver Mercedes ML270.
All three of the people in the second car sustained minor injuries.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team and Forensic Collision Investigators also attended and the road was closed for several hours whilst a specialist examination took place.
Police would like to thank the public for their patience during the closure while the scene was investigated.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or may have been in the area at the time or have any dashcam footage are asked to contact 101, quoting log number 248 of 10/09/19.
