Update: The road is now clear.
The road between Helston and Redruth has been blocked due to a crash this morning.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "Police were notified at around 9.10am to the B3297 at Helston following reports of a two vehicle collision between a van and a car.
"Ambulance attended and a female driver in her 30's has been taken to hospital; her injuries are now described as minor.
"The road was cleared and reopened at around 2pm."
The accident has happened on the B3297 near Wendron, close to the Poldark Mine visitor attraction.
Two vehicles are involved and there is slow traffic in the area as a result.
The northbound lane is now closed after the accident, which took place between Crelly and the Porkellis turn-off.
