Police identify woman found dead on rocks
POLICE have identified the woman who was found on the rocks of a west Cornwall beach on Tuesday afternoon.
Officers were called at 12.25pm following concern for the welfare of a woman located on rocks at Perranuthnoe Beach, near Penzance.
Police and paramedics attended the scene to convey the woman from the location.

Coastguards from Penzance and Porthleven were also called to assist.
Paramedics confirmed on scene that the lady was deceased.
Police have identified the woman and her next of kin have been informed.
The death is not believed to be suspicious.
