This week's Packet Pad is this spacious, four-bedroom, detached bungalow in the village of Nancegollan.

WHAT IS THE PROPERTY LIKE?

Situated opposite the village green in the rural village of Nancegollan is this property which is presented in good order both internally and externally. It offers versatile accommodation that would seem ideal as a spacious family home or as annexable accommodation which could suit those with a dependant relative. The property is double glazed and warmed by gas central heating.

Falmouth Packet:

The accommodation provides, in brief, an entrance porch, hallway, lounge with view across the road on to the village green, pleasant fitted kitchen/diner, utility room and a recently installed wet room shower room. There are four bedrooms, the master of which could be utilised as a second lounge, or bedsit type arrangement with walk-in wet room.

To the outside there is a driveway with parking for several vehicles which leads to a large double garage/workshop with the rear garden being nicely enclosed with a summer house and lovely rural outlook.
