The Old Pool Post Office has a freehold guide price of £80,000 to £100,000 in the seventh auction of 2019 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson on October 31.

Located at 58 Fore Street in Pool, planning permission has been granted for conversion into two good-sized homes each with two bedrooms.

Auctioneer Graham Barton said: “This is a well-known property, already having the benefit of planning consent for two good sized homes.

A mixed-use property at 55 and 55B West End in Redruth has a freehold guide of £65,000 to £85,000.

The double-fronted property has shop premises on the ground floor and a two-bedroom maisonette above.
