Cornwall Air Ambulance landed in St Gluvias Cricket Ground this afternoon.
A man was taken to hospital after being treated at the scene.
Paramedics attended an address in Penryn after a call at around 3.10pm.
They brought the patient to the cricket ground where he was stretchered into the helicopter.
An eyewitness told the Packet that paramedics were on the scene treating the man for around 20 minutes before he was taken to hospital.
