A Falmouth man has denied a string of charges that include assaulting a woman.
Thomas Stephen Opie, 24, now of Laity Fields in Camborne, entered four not guilty pleas at Truro Magistrates Court last Monday (October 7).
He is facing one count of assaulting a man by beating him, one of assaulting a woman and two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
The charges relate to an incident that allegedly took place in Falmouth on Sunday October 6.
Opie is represented by solicitor Rob Eccleston and will stand trial on November 26 at Truro Magistrates Court.
