There is slow traffic on the A39 between Falmouth and Truro. File image
There were delays on the main road between Falmouth and Truro earlier this lunchtime when it was partially blocked by a broken down vehicle.
It left the A39 near Carnon Downs partially blocked in both directions, causing congestion.
The vehicle was passable but traffic was reported to be slow between the Carnon Downs roundabout and Mill Lane at Calenick.
Traffic sensors showed that congestion was particularly heavy between the Shell fuel station at Playing Place and the junction to Kea Primary School.
The vehicle has now been moved and traffic has returned to normal.
