A SEXUAL risk order has been imposed on a 62 year-old man from Goonhilly Downs, on the Lizard Peninsula.
Jeremy Owen, of County Bridge Fishery, appeared before Truro magistrates on Wednesday.
The order was made for two years and whilst in place, the defendant is subject to the series of prohibitions, including having any contact or communication of any kind with any child under the age of 16 or using any computer or device capable of accessing the internet.
He must also refrain from interfering with or bypassing the normal running of a computer; using or activating software which prevents displaying history of internet use, as well as a string of other restrictions.
If he changes his home address, he must also inform police within three days of his new address.
