Police are appealing to speak to the driver of the vehicle pictured, which is believed to have been in the area around the time of the collision.

Emergency services were called at 2pm on Thursday, October 3 after a black Audi A3 overturned on the B3287 near to the Creed junction, just outside Tregony.

The driver, a 29-year-old man from the Truro area, sustained serious back injuries.

He has since been discharged from hospital and is recovering at home.

Investigating officers are keen to identify and speak to the driver of a dark coloured vehicle, possibly a Range Rover or Land Rover.

It’s thought that this vehicle was in area at the time of the incident and that the driver may have seen the Audi prior to the collision.

Anyone who recognises the vehicle and anyone with information relevant to the incident, is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log 398 3/10/19.
