Whether it was through wearing pyjamas, getting all spotty or simply eating cake Packet readers paws-ed what they were doing yesterday to raise money for Children In Need.

Schools from across the area got involved, with pupils coming in dressed in non-school uniform in return for a donation.

A number of businesses also did their bit, with staff from Asda Penryn dressing up as coloured crayons all day and collecting donations from customers.

At Ships and Castles leisure centre in Falmouth, staff completed a Pedal for Pudsey cycle challenge and then held a cake sale all day, supported by customers.
