A FALMOUTH man has denied the burglary of a surf shop in Killigrew Street.
Jordan Westlake, 27, of Tresillian Road, appeared in Truro Crown Court this morning.
He pleaded not guilty to trespassing with intent to steal from Freeriders Surf Shop, between November 21 and 24 last year.
Another charge for an alleged burglary in January this year was discontinued by the Crown Prosecution Service.
Westlake will stand trial on April 27. He was released on unconditional bail.
- Westlake was subsequently found not guilty at the direction of the court judge, due to there being insufficient evidence to proceed.
