A MAN who drove in a McDonalds car park was found to be under the influence of drugs.

David Mark Smith, of Chapel Road, Camborne admitted committing the offence on April 29 in Fraddon.

The 32 year-old was driving a blue Audi A3 when he was found to have cannabis in his system.

Smith was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £120. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

A CAMBORNE teenager was almost two and a half times over the drink-drive limit.

Tyler Zac Turner, aged 19, of Trerise Road, admitted committing the offence in Newquay whilst driving a Vauxhall Astra on November 6.

He had 86mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. 

He was banned from driving for 22 months and fined £196.

He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

A WOMAN who exceeded a 70mph limit has been banned from the roads. 

Kasia Trounce, aged 36, of Bosvean Gardens, Truro, admitted committing the offence on April 18 in a Mercedes C250 on the A30 at Bodmin. 

She was disqualified for 56 days and fined £323. She was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

A 46 year-old woman has admitted drink driving.

Rachael Elizabeth Dickson, aged 46, of Chyverton, Higher Fraddon, committed the offence in a Jeep Cherokee in McDonalds car park in Fraddon on November 2.

She had 62mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

She was banned from the roads for 18 months and fined £339. She was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £33 victim surcharge.

A 30 year old man drunk drove whilst in McDonalds drive-through at Fraddon.

Mark Ewan Silver, of Trebarwith Crescent, Newquay, admitted committing the offence on November 3 in a Volkswagen Golf.

He had 54mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £426. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £42 victim surcharge.
