Major disruption to rush hour traffic leaving Truro
RUSH hour traffic leaving Truro is being badly affected by an accident this evening.
Traffic is backed up throughout the city, as far back as Arch Hill at the top of Morlaix Avenue, following the accident on the A390 in Tresillian.
Reports are that the accident has taken place near to the village's Wheel Inn Pub.
Traffic coming into Truro is also being held up according to the Google Maps traffic radar and is now at a standstill past the turning for Probus near the Mercedes garage.
Update - the road has now been cleared and traffic has returned to normal.
