Roads in Falmouth are gridlocked this evening following a collision near to the bypass.
Traffic sensors are showing that Union Road is partially blocked in both directions, following a crash between the roundabout and Trescobeas Road.

It is having a knock-on effect on the A39 bypass, which is at a standstill on the approach into Falmouth.
Cars are also running at crawling speed into Penryn, both on the A39 and Falmouth Road route and via Hillhead.
A police spokesperson said: "Emergency services have been called to Union Road, Falmouth, following reports of a two-vehicle collision at around 4.25pm.
"Police, fire and ambulance are at the scene.
"The extent of any injuries is not known at this time and the incident is ongoing."
Update 8.30pm: The road remains closed, with the incident now being described as "serious".
