A PENRYN man failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Cornwall magistrates on January 29, 2019.
Charlie Thomas Hill, aged 21, of Lower Market Street, admitted failing to meet the following points of the order:
1, To attend an appointment as directed on October 13, 2019
2, To keep in touch by failing to provide evidence of a reasonable excuse for the absences within the agreed time limits
3, To attend appointment as directed on December 15, 2019
4, To keep in touch by failing provide evidence of a reasonable excuse for the absences within the agreed time limits
He was fined £83.
DRIVING without insurance or an MoT certificate has resulted in a ban for a Helston man.
John Anthony Patrick Hale, aged 31, of Church Street, admitted committing the offence in a Peugeot on July 23.

A TRURO man who took a vehicle without consent, failed to give a specimen of breath for analysis.
Breeze Sefton, aged 27, of Tresawls Road, admitted committing the offences in Exeter on December 16.
He took a Nissan X Trail and also pleaded guilty to driving it without insurance or a licence.
Magistrates imposed a community order requiring him to comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 20 days.
He was banned from the roads for 29 months and fined £120. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £90 victim surcharge.
