RNAS Culdrose's duty fire team who helped fire crews tackle the blaze this morning
FIREFIGHTERS tackled a fire at RNAS Culdrose in the early hours of this morning.
Crews dealt with a fire in a large office block just after 5am.
The blaze was on the ground floor.
Four Major pumping appliances, breathing apparatus support, incident control unit and two flexi duty officers attended.
A crew from the airbase are also supported the crews.
Units from Helston, Mullion, Falmotuh, Tolvaddon and St Just were on scene and brought the fire under control around 6am.
