A WOMAN has been banned from driving for 22 months.

Danielle Eliabeth May Allen, aged 30, of Wicket Way, Blackwater, admitted drink driving on July 27 in a Renault Modus.

She was driving between Mithian and St Agnes when she registered 143mlgs of alcohol in 100mls of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs.

She was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

BEING drunk and disorderly in Falmouth has resulted in a fine for a 42 year-old man.

Michael David Richards, of no fixed address, admitted committing the offence at Pendennis Point on Saturday.

He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge.

Cameron Carr, aged 18, of Kenilworth Close, Covenry, admitted committing the offence in a Mercedes A180 on January 24.

James Greenough, aged 26, of Newhill Estate, Grampound, admitted committing the offence in a Vauxhall Zafira on January 25.

He had 92mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 60 hours.

He was also ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

A 36 year old drink driver also had no insurance or a licence.

He had 81mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He was disqualified for 36 months and fined £650. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

A Mount Hawke man stole a bottle of vodka and gin to the value of £58 from Tesco Extra in Redruth.

Dean Joshua Miller, aged 23, of Charlotte Close, admitted committing the offence on August 3.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge and must pay a £21 victim surcharge.

A drink driver from Playing Place has been banned for 19 months.

Ben Michael Charles Ockwell, aged 37, of Penlee Villas, admitted committing the offence in a Peugeot 307 on January 24.

He had 69mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance.

Ockwell was banned for 19 months and fined £120. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

Rebecca Sophie Pethick, of Balcoath, St Day, drove a Volkswagen Golf whilst under the influence of drugs and was also in possession of cannabis and mephedrone.

She was banned from the roads for 12 months and fined £300. She was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

A 30 year-old man has been banned for drink driving.

Lyuben Begov, of Fraddam Road, Leedstown, admitted committing the offence in a Audi A4 on the B3302 Penzance Road in Leedstown.

He had 50mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs.

He was banned for 14 months and fined £250. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.
