Latest case heard by Truro magistrates
A Helston man will appear before Truro Crown Court facing four charges later this month.
Kieran Nigel Cocks, aged 28, of Cades Parc, is accused of the following offences:
1, Dangerous driving in New Street, Falmouth, on February 8
2, Causing grievous bodily harm with intent in Falmouth on February 8
3, Assaulting a woman in Helston on February 2
4, Disclosing a sexual photograph or film without consent of an individual who appeared in it
Truro magistrates sent the case for trial under section 51 of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
He will appear in Truro Crown Court on February 25. He was remanded in custody until that date.
