If it's sunshine you crave this weekend, look away now.
As if Storm Ciara wasn't enough to whet your wintry whistle, Storm Dennis is approaching at a rate of knots.
Although it's difficult to differentiate bad weather from even worse weather, the situation will go rapidly downhill tonight.
Heavy rain will be a factor throughout the evening, before the strong winds arrive ahead of first light tomorrow morning.
The south-westerly blow is likely to peak in Cornwall with gusts of around 70mph and the Met Office's yellow warning for wind runs from 10am tomorrow until midday on Sunday.
There is also a yellow warning for rain, which is in place from midday tomorrow until 9pm on Sunday.
The wind on Sunday will be less of a feature, but still likely to gust up to 50mph.
Leave the lawnmower where it is for now.
