A family who had been looking for a "very vulnerable" woman last seen in Penryn say she has been found.
Nicole Silcott had not been seen since 7.30pm yesterday and her family said she needed medical attention.
They launched a desperate appeal on social media to find her, with friend Kirsty Harvey saying: "She needs to go back to the hospital where she had discharged herself from.
"We are extremely concerned for her welfare and she is in a very vulnerable state."
Following the launch of the appeal Nicole had been in contact, but her family said they still did not know where she was and needed to find her, with police also confirming that they were involved.
Now it has been confirmed that the search has been stood down, with Kirsty contacting the Packet to say: "She is safe, been found and is off to hospital to continue her treatment."
