Emergency services are currently dealing with a multi-vehicle crash near Helston.
Police, the ambulance service and fire crews have all been called to the B3302 near Sithney.
Traffic reports say that the road has been closed in both directions and sensors show heavy traffic build up on the main road not far from the Sithney Common Hill turn off.
The police force incident manager told the Packet that one vehicle overturned, causing a second vehicle to then hit it.
She described the casualties as "walking wounded only".
The crash happened at 8.30am and the road is expected to reopen shortly, with recovery of the vehicles underway.
UPDATE: The road has now been cleared.
