Police dogs, emergency services and the police helicopter have been out searching the Helston area this evening for a missing woman.
She was reported missing from the Godolphin area, prompting a widespread search that also included the West Cornwall Search and Rescue team.
The police dog handling team praised the work of all involved, saying: "A great spot by the National Police Air Service South West, directing us in, getting to the lady and ultimately the help she needed."
A police spokesperson said the woman had been classed as "high risk" but was now safely in the care of officers.
