THE main road between Penryn and Redruth is shut due to a crash this afternoon.
The A393 is closed in both directions at Lanner after two cars collided.
Traffic information service Inrix reports that recovery work is now ongoing near The Coppice Inn pub.
Police said that a man with a leg injury was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
No other serious injuries have been reported.
