A casualty has been rescued from their car after getting trapped in a crash near Penryn.
The Critical Control Centre received an emergency call just before 8pm following a collision in the Treluswell area.
Two crews from Falmouth and a rescue tender from Tolvaddon were sent immediately, along with a fire officer.
A spokesperson said: "On arrival, fire crews confirmed one person trapped in a vehicle.
"They used crash rescue equipment to release the casualty. All casualties were left in the hands of South Western Ambulance Service and the incident was handed over to Devon and Cornwall Police."
