The family of man who has been missing since Saturday have pleaded for help in finding him, saying: "We just want him to come back safe."

Police have said they have "increasing concerns" for James Mitchell, who was last seen leaving his home in Camborne at around midnight that day, on foot.

He also has links to the St Keverne area, where his family still lives.

His family told the Packet: "He’s not in any trouble whatsoever, we are just worried.

"It’s not like him and he's not a danger to anyone. We just want him to come back safe."

They went on to say: "He has a son, parents, sisters, brother - we’re all really doing our best to find him."

"He has long greying brown hair with a beard and is possibly wearing a hat.

"He was wearing a hippy-style top with sunglasses, jogging bottoms and odd shoes, carrying a bag containing flowers."
