EMERGENCY services teams who have been searching for more than a month for a Camborne man who has links to St Keverne have found a body.

Devon and Cornwall Police said this afternoon (Monday) that a body was located in the Tolvaddon area on Sunday.

A spokesperson for the police said that the family of James Mitchell, 41, who was reported missing from Camborne on June 6, had been informed of the discovery.

The spokesperson added: "The family of James have been informed of the discovery and formal identification is yet to take place.

"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner."
