A row of 14 lock-up garages in Redruth has been put up for sale along with a number of houses in the town.
The terrace of garage son The Old Tramway, Raymond Road, has a freehold guide price of £10,000 to £20,000 at an online auction with Clive Emson Auctioneers.
Senior auction appraiser David Henwood said: “Lock-up garages of this kind are always in demand.
“This terrace is in a residential area and offers considerable potential for individual lettings or even replacement with a surface parking rental venture.
“Alternatively, there may be the potential for some kind of residential development subject to the necessary consents.”

The garages are being auctioned jointly with MAP Estate Agents.
They are among the properties for sale in the fifth auction of 2020 by Clive Emson taking place on Wednesday, July 29 and make up just one of a number of Redruth-based lots falling under the hammer.
Also available to bid on in the town are:
- An end-terrace house at 5 St Day Road with two to three bedrooms, garden, patio and outbuilding has a freehold guide price of £82,000 to £90,000.
Also available separately are land and outbuildings at the back of the property, with a freehold guide of £25,000 to £28,000.
The site, with a double garage/workshop and hobby outbuilding offers off-road parking and a fenced gravel area.

- An extended cottage at 16 Trefusis Terrace with two bedrooms and a freehold guide of £80,000.
This is also being auctioned with Bill Bannister Estate Agents of Redruth.
- In Raymond Road a detached bungalow called Penandrea has a freehold guide of £50,000 to £100,000.
The four-bedroom house is set on a large parcel of land with outbuildings, a garage and ponds.
It is being auctioned jointly with MAP Estate Agents.
