Visitors are being urged to stay away from one of Cornwall's most popular beaches this afternoon.
A combination of high tide falling mid afternoon and a swell of people to the area for bank holiday weekend means that there will be very little room at Kynance in the coming hours.
The beach is a favourite coastal beauty spot with tourists and regularly sees the car park filling up early in the day.
This year signs have been put out at RNAS Culdrose, before the roundabout towards Mullion and The Lizard, warning people when the car park is full and encouraging them to find other beaches to avoid overcrowding.

The conditions this afternoon have led to the National Trust at Penrose putting out a warning on social media calling for people to avoid the busiest times of the day to visit.
The team said: "Please take note of this information if you are considering a visit to Kynance over the bank holiday weekend.
"It will be high tide mid afternoon, meaning very limited space on the beach in the middle of the days, made worse by the fact that the recent storms have washed out the sand so the beach is smaller and mainly stony.

"With open access on the coast, please take responsibility for your and your family's social distancing and safety, and plan to avoid the busiest times of day."
It goes on to add that Kynance is not a life-guarded beach, before concluding: "Thank you and stay safe."
The warning stands for both this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon.
