At 2 o'clock this morning, a Dorset fire crew got a very strange request - a pregnant python needed their help!
Springbourne Fire Station sent a crew to rescue a python that was trapped underneath a kitchen door.
Using a hydraulic door opener and a hooligan tool, the crews managed to carefully release the pregnant snake.
Apparently, no-one had a hissy fit...
Definitely not a standard call for firefighters to attend but animals and people do sometimes end up in tricky situations that require our help!! We are happy to report that this python didn’t throw a hissy fit was ok once the crews released it🐍
