The driver and two passengers of a car that crashed near The Lizard are "lucky to be alive" according to police.
The blue saloon car crashed on the A3083 near top Lizard Village in the early hours of this morning.
The Alliance Roads Policing Team wrote about the incident on Twitter at 1.30am, as officers were dealing with the aftermath and overseeing the clean up.
A spokesperson said: "The three occupants are of this car are lucky to be alive.
"All walked away with minor cuts and bruises.
"Keep the speed down and drive to the conditions."
The team also posted a picture of the smashed up car, which shows a missing rear windscreen and damage to its front nearside wheel and wheel arch, which is heavily crumpled.
