These are the faces of five criminals from Cornwall who have been sent to prison in the last two weeks.

All appeared before Truro Crown Court for a range of crimes, which included assault, attempted robbery and breaking a sexual harm order.

Alexander Rouen

Falmouth Packet:

The 21-year-old from Alverton Road in Penzance appeared before Truro Crown Court on Tuesday, September 1.

Rouen was sentenced to 12 months in prison by Judge Simon Carr.

He had previously admitted supplying the Class B drug cannabis, possession of a knife and possession of an offensive weapon.

Raymond Dean

Falmouth Packet:

Dean was sentenced to four and a half years in prison for attempted robbery.

The 35-year-old, of no fixed abode in St Austell, appeared before Truro Crown Court on Tuesday, September 1.

He had previously pleaded guilty to the charge and appeared before Judge Simon Carr for sentencing.

The court heard that he targeted an 85-year-old woman in Liskeard, who managed to fight him off.

Thomas Heard

Falmouth Packet:

The 28-year-old from St Columb Major was sentenced for two counts of breaching a sexual harm prevention order and breaking a previous suspended sentence.

Truro Crown Court heard that he had a history of voyeurism.

Judge Simon Carr sentenced Heard to two years and four months in prison for both the previous suspended sentence and new offences.

Reece Edward Coley

Falmouth Packet:

Coley appeared before Truro Crown Court for sentencing following assault and harassment.

The 29-year-old from Blowinghouse Close in Roche, was jailed for 15 months when he was was sentenced on Friday, August 21.

Raphael Baragwanath

Falmouth Packet:

Baragwanath was given a 15-month prison sentence for actual bodily harm.

The 34-year-old, from Gover Road, St Austell, appeared before Truro Crown Court on Tuesday, September 1.
