It is being sold with a freehold guide price of £55,000 to £65,000.

The building is being sold jointly with Smart Commercial Property of Helston and is among the lots in the sixth auction of 2020 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson on Wednesday, September 23.

The link-detached property at 1 Railway Terrace, complete with an enclosed rear garden, has a freehold guide price of £135,000 to £165,000.
