Fire crews were called to reports of a tractor on fire neat Melplash in the early hours of this morning.
At 02.52 on Thursday, September 17 fire engines from Beaminster and Bridport and a water carrier from Bridport were called the the fire on a farm.

The tractor was well alight in the open, although not far from the yard.
The crews used breathing apparatus and hosereel jets to put the fire out.
