A police officer in Cornwall has been charged with misconduct.
PC Christopher Wilson, an officer with Devon and Cornwall Police, is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates' Court this Wednesday, October 28.
It is over an alleged incident that is said to have taken place at Launceston in December 2018.
The 43-year-old is facing a charge of misconduct in public office.
PC Wilson is currently suspended from duty.
