A yellow weather warning for rain has been in force since midnight and a second one for wind beginning at 6am.

There are now reports of the Helston to Camborne road being blocked in one section this morning, due to a tree that has come down.

Police are understood to be at the scene directing traffic.

Traffic sensors show disruption on the B3303 near Pendarves Road.

There have also been crashes on two sections of the A30 this morning.
