The latest coronavirus map for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly shows that the number of new cases has fallen by more than a quarter in a week.
There are also 14 fewer cluster areas than this time last Wednesday, according to the latest figures on the Government website.
The update, as of 5.37pm today (Wednesday, November 25) represents new cases by specimen date in the seven days leading up to Friday last week, November 20.
The most recent five days are left off due to incomplete data not reflecting the true number of cases.
It shows 357 new cases recorded during those seven days - compared to 493 in the week leading up to last Wednesday. This is 136 fewer cases than a week ago and represents a decrease of 27.5 per cent week-on-week.
The number of 'cluster' areas reporting cases has also fallen from 56 a week ago to 45 today.
Clusters are only shown when there are at least three confirmed results, with anywhere having between zero and two cases showing white in order to "protect the privacy of individuals and prevent disclosure."
There are, however, a few new cluster areas that have emerged, including Illogan & Portreath where there are ten new cases.
Grampound Road, St Newlyn East and Cubert has also seen cases double in a week to ten - while Bodmin now gone from nine cases last Wednesday to 35 across its two cluster areas.
Many of these are likely to come from an outbreak at the Kepak factory in Bodmin, where 106 staff members out of 271 tested have proved positive for Covid-19 and are now self-isolating.

In better news, however, Kingsand, Antony & Maryfield on the border with Plymouth has seen cases fall from 65 a week ago to just 14 now.
Bude & Stratton has also dropped from 39 cases to 16.
The rolling rate for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly as a whole has fallen to 62.4 cases per 100,0000 people, compared to 86.2 cases a week ago - both of which are below the national average.
The map shows positive cases by 'Middle Super Output Area' - the name the government gives to the break-up of larger towns and groups of neighbouring towns and villages, with groupings covering a greater area than others.
The minimum population in each area is 5,000 and the average is 7,200.
