New coronavirus cases in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly have more than halved in a week.
There are also 21 fewer 'cluster' areas reporting positive cases than seven days ago, according to the latest government coronavirus map.
The update, as of 4pm today (Wednesday, December 2) represents new cases by specimen date in the seven days leading up to Friday last week, November 27.
The most recent five days are left off due to incomplete data not reflecting the true number of cases.
It shows 167 new cases recorded during those seven days - compared to 357 in the week leading up to last Wednesday. This is 190 fewer cases than a week ago and represents a decrease of 53.2 per cent week-on-week.
The number of 'cluster' areas reporting cases has also fallen from 45 a week ago to 24 today.
Clusters are only shown when there are at least three confirmed results, with anywhere having between zero and two cases showing white in order to "protect the privacy of individuals and prevent disclosure."

Huge parts of south and west Cornwall are now showing as Covid-free, with only a scattering of clusters.
Most of the clusters are in the north of the Duchy and more central areas, with cases still remaining in the Newquay, Wadebridge and Bodmin area, although not in high figures. Bodmin in particular has dropped from 35 cases last Wednesday to nine across the two cluster areas.
The cluster showing the most cases is Bude & Stratton, which is still reporting 20 cases - a small rise on the 16 cases of a week ago.
The rolling rate for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly as a whole has fallen to 29.2 cases per 100,000 - a huge drop on the 62.4 cases per 100,0000 people a week ago and the 86.2 cases a fortnight ago.
The map shows positive cases by 'Middle Super Output Area' - the name the government gives to the break-up of larger towns and groups of neighbouring towns and villages, with groupings covering a greater area than others.
The minimum population in each area is 5,000 and the average is 7,200.
