Following a further fall in new Covid cases over the past week 94% of Cornwall now has under ten positive test results.

Latest figures from the Government show that in the seven days leading up to February 15 there were a total of 269 new cases recorded. This is 204 fewer than the previous week, representing a 43.1% fall.

The most recent five days are not shown due to incomplete data.

Cornwall's rolling rate of new cases is now 47.0 cases per 100,000 people, compared to 81.1 cases per 100,000 last Saturday.

Only eight cluster areas have seen a rise in total cases in the past week: Penzance Quay (3, up one), The Lizard (3, up one), Camborne East (6, up one), Newquay East (8, up four), St Austell North & Carclaze (9, up seven), Launceston (7, up five), Liskeard (4, up two), Altarnun & Stoke Climsland (19, up 13).
