Police are appealing for help in tracking down a group of 'Covidiots' after protest in Truro last year in which protestors encouraged people to break Covid-19 restrictions.

The protest happened on Saturday, November 14, 2020 outside Truro Cathedral at around 1pm. The police particularly want to speak to one woman who, they believe, may have vital information that can assist them with their enquiries.

At the time of the protests police arrested two protestors after scuffles broke out and protestors taunted the police. The protest was by around 80 people in Truro City Centre. During that time gatherings of more than two people were unlawful under new Coronavirus regulations.
