The A337
UPDATE: 3.30pm, the road has now reopened.
POLICE have closed a major route into a New Forest village following an incident.
Emergency services are currently at the scene on the A337 just north of Lyndhurst.
The incident is said to have taken place after 2pm between Brockishill Road and Broughton Road.
Heavy traffic is building due as the road has been closed in both directions so the vehicles can be recovered.
