Roskorwell Farm is a family-owned farm near Porthallow on the Lizard Peninsula and grows produce such as apples, saffron and, of course, lavender.

The apples that are grown at the farm come in many different forms including Bramley, Camelot, Ribston Pippin as well as local varieties such as Cornish Aromatic and Cornish Gilliflower.

The farm is also one of many places in the UK to grow the world's most expensive spice, Saffron, which, in its highest quality, can be worth more per gram than gold.

Lavender plants are commonly used for anxiety, stress, and insomnia and has also been known to be used in certain medicines.

It has also been reported to be used to help depression, dementia, and pain after surgical procedures, however, there is a lack of scientific consensus on whether these treatments actually work.
