A new fish and chip shop has launched in Falmouth town centre with a grand opening.
The Salt & Vinegar restaurant on Market Strand describes itself as 'a modern eatery, takeaway and delivery service,' and will serve traditional fish and chips alongside hand-crafted burgers and an assortment of side-dishes and drinks.
Takeaway, collection and delivery will all be available after its successful opening weekend.
Owner, Adem Yazici, and his family have continued the expansion of their growing business after successfully opening shops in both Camborne and Helston.
Salt and Vinegar Falmouth will also serve a range of gluten-free options and that customers need only let staff know of their allergen and intolerance requirements before ordering.
It warns that following Covid-19 regulations, a maximum of three members of the public will be allowed in at any one time, masks are mandatory unless customers can prove an exemption and hand sanitiser will be available upon entry.
