Several properties from around Cornwall are going under the hammer next month.
Among them is a three-storey commercial property in a prominent trading location in Falmouth being offered at auction.
The former Moss Bros shop at 27 Market Street has a freehold guide price of £225,000 plus.
It is among the lots in the third sale of 2021 by the regional land and property auctioneers Clive Emson taking place on Wednesday May 5.
Located between Boots Opticians and HSBC, it has a sizeable ground floor retail space with offices, storage, kitchen and WCs on the upper two floors.
Senior Auction Appraiser Katie Semmens said: "This property offers considerable potential.
"It has a deceptively spacious ground floor with good window frontage and ample ancillary accommodation on the upper floors.

Located in the town centre, the two adjoining commercial and residential properties have a freehold guide price of £110,000 plus.
Found in Meneage Street, number 59 has ground floor offices and a basement. Number 59a is a self-contained first flat with a second-floor attic room.
Number 63 has offices on the ground, first and second floors.
There is also an enclosed garden for the properties.

Katie said: "Although in need of some improvement, they have ample parking and land adjacent to each building.
