They show an outdoor eating and drinking area with the inside of the lodge converted into the cafe. The modern extension at the rear of the building has been completely demolished and replaced with a wooden slat fronted structure to house the radio studio.

The designs are part of the plan to redevelop the park lodge at the entrance to Kimberley Park in Falmouth which has been empty for many years and used to house the park warden who looked after the site. The new design will convert the area into a community space to be enjoyed by all.
