A CARAVAN park in Amesbury has been sold to a private investor for an "undisclosed amount".
Savills, on behalf of W J Cooper, has completed the sale of Bungalow Park Home Estate on Holders Road.
It has been listed on the Savills website with a guide price of £2.5million.
Set across 3.8 acres (1.55 hectares), the residential park home estate comprises 61 occupied pitches, which includes 45 double and 16 single units, alongside six vacant plots.
There are also an additional two semi-detached one bedroom residential units (vacant) and a block of seven garages.
Kay Griffith, associate director in the leisure and trade team at Savills Oxford, said: "Mobile home parks, especially with development potential, are receiving significant interest from investors attracted by the resilience of the sector and the strong stable income that can be generated.
"We have a large and active database of buyers who are actively seeking out residential home park investments, so we expect continued strong activity in the sector."
